I'm afraid I eat our raspberries as they ripen, so just apricot, and strawberry jam over here!
Ours don't make it as far as the preserving pot - but seeing that jam I wish it did.
I make batches every year so I can not only eat some, but bake with. Our daughter Kelly, who passed away, loved when I made Linzer cookies with raspberry jam. XOXO
