Kitchen Caper's

When Sarah was born my visiting teacher brought us over some delicious cabbage rolls.Thirty years later were still making them and there a favorite! So, today I have lots of helpers...I hardly had to do anything! There's Autumn and Hannah punching down the dough, shredding the cabbage, next putting the filling on the dough, and then the final product ! Ummmm hot out of the oven!
Heres the recipe in case you want to try these yummies..........
first brown 1 lb. of hamburger, next mix in 1 head of cabbage thats been shredded, add some onion if you desire and don't forget 1t. of celery salt! Either buy or make your roll dough, spread it out in a small circle , put your meat and cabbage mixture in the middle, add alittle shredded cheese and fold up the sides and pinch together. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Rub alittle butter on top. Enjoy!
