second best mother's day present!

Me as a young mother

Last night I was given the greatest Mother's Day present! I can't say the BEST because my youngest child James was born on Mother's Day, so he'll always be #1. Other wonderful presents were sweetly given me when my children were little, oh , those little gifts from the heart were so special and sweet. Wish I'd cherished Mother's Day more than because you know everything done for you is straight from the hearts of those little ones and their hero is truly the mom that loves them.

Well...........back to the second best mother's day present in the world.......
Oh, and then I started getting service gifts from my manly man (again the only way sometimes to get them to do something). He finished my fence one year, he always takes those requests very seriously.(try it)

Oh, right my second best mother's day present........ well..........last night I get a telephone call...........................from my daughter Rachel (whos now my favorite daughter, sorry guys)........................her landlord had come over(they live on 5acres)and she asked him...........................can we keep our....................................................bee trailer on our property ?...............and he said...........YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Anybody who knows me knows how much this means to me! No more huge white trailer parked in my front yard! Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told my manly man when he got home last night and I think he was a bit disappointed since it's a convenient way to store his surplus bee equipment close by.

Sorry Honey!

  3. I love the picture!! Such a sweet mommy. One of the things your girls have told me about you is that they can't remember you ever yelling (I'm not sure if all of them agree on this, but I know some of them do!) And goodness gracious, I am trying to do that, too. They're young enough right now that they won't remember, right? And super congrats on the getting rid of the eye-sore! Woo hoo!

  4. I can't remember her ever yelling, either (if you did, Mom - there were too many nicities for us to remember yelling) ...my ultimate goal I hope to reach...
