some of the things that make me feel better when I'm down :
1. impulse shop (bad)
2. look at pictures of my grandchildren (always makes me smile)
3. eat chocolate (rachel came by my bed last night and picked up all my wrappers and Luna said,"grandma remember your not suppose to have candy anymore!" (cholesterol)
4. look at real estate online
5. watch endless t.v.
6. play sudoku
7. e-mail and complain to friends
