don't look down smoothie
This smoothie has been a lifesaver for me the
last few months. Anything that goes down
easy and is healthy has been good.
Usually I start out with a
banana, a couple good scoops
of yogurt, two different kinds
of frozen berries and to top
it off ....a big handful of fresh
spinach. Add liquid of your choice.
My girls use pineapple , I've substituted all kinds of
fruit but, don't forget the spinach (you can't even
taste it! Enjoy and have a

My kids call it the Shrek Shake and they love it too!

ReplyDeleteI had forgotten the delights of a home-made smoothie! I think we'll try some of your recipe this morning, especially as we have spinach growing outside in the vegetable garden, I'll just wait until it is light before I venture up there to pick it. Thank you Grandma Linda!
